With over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in middle management, general administration, and operational management in the Indian Navy, he has acquired professional competencies in various areas. 

Throughout his extensive career, he has confidently developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in training others in the various aspects of offshore operations. For instance, he is adept at teaching and guiding individuals on the responsibilities of a Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) in safely coordinating helicopter landings on offshore platforms. Additionally, he excels in imparting knowledge as an HLA (Helideck Assistant), providing essential support in helicopter operations.

Furthermore, his expertise extends to effectively instructing on the operation of FRC (Fast Rescue Craft) and FRB (Fast Rescue Boat) for emergency response and rescue operations at sea. His teaching skills also encompass training individuals to become proficient OEHTLs (Offshore Emergency Helideck Team Leaders) and many more, highlighting his ability to educate and mentor others in leading emergency response teams in offshore environments. This demonstrates his exceptional capability in not only acquiring specialized skills himself but also in imparting this knowledge to others effectively, making him a valuable asset in training and mentoring roles.
