Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive rope access training to students, ensuring adherence to IRATA guidelines and safety standards.

Requirements:
Must hold a valid IRATA Level 3 certification with proven experience in rope access work.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level 3 Rope Access Trainer.
Strong knowledge of rope access equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and instructional skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a training team.

Deck Officers (Anchor Handling Supervision)
Location: Offshore (Various Barges)

Elite Offshore Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced Deck Officers to join our team for anchor handling supervision and related marine operations. This position involves working closely with marine spreads and ensuring compliance with anchor handling policies during offshore operations. Profile:
As a Deck Officer overseeing Anchor Handling Supervision, your key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing marine spread anchor patterns before approval by the company.
On-site monitoring and supervision of anchor handling operations as per GCC clause 10.6.1.
Witnessing anchor holding capacity tests, in-position surveys, and post-installation surveys.
Ensuring compliance with Anchor Handling Policy 2011 and ONGC’s Marine Operational Manual
Reporting anchor positions, ensuring safety during anchoring, and handling any violations or anchor drags promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Certificate of Competency: Minimum of Second Mate (Foreign Going (F.G.) or Near Coastal Vessel (NCV)), issued by DG Shipping or an equivalent certificate endorsed by DG Shipping.
Experience: At least 2 years of on-board experience as an independent watchkeeping officer.
Possess a valid Indian Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) and all relevant STCW certificates.
Ensure the validity of Certificate of Competency (COC) and CDC throughout the deployment period.
Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) and other mandatory offshore certifications.

Scope of Work:
Oversee and review anchor patterns on-site, proposing adjustments to ONGC when necessary.
Monitor the execution of approved anchor-handling plans, ensuring compliance and safety during operations.
Supervise the safe anchoring of barges when not engaged in active operations and submit weekly reports on anchor positions.
Ensure full compliance with ONGC's Anchor Handling Policy 2011 and the Marine Operations Manual.
Report any anchor drags, violations, or safety concerns to ONGC immediately.
Assist in any additional tasks as required for improving the safety and efficiency of offshore operations.

As a Safety and Skill Trainer at Elite Offshore, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on safety protocols, technical skills, and compliance requirements for offshore and maritime personnel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our trainees are fully equipped with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed for safe and efficient offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Training Programs:
   - Conduct comprehensive safety and skill training sessions, both theoretical and practical, for offshore personnel, including welders, fitters, deck officers, and riggers.
   - Ensure training covers key areas like Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), emergency response, equipment handling, and technical skills relevant to offshore operations.

2. Develop Training Materials:
   - Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and manuals in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
   - Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of clients and trainees, ensuring maximum engagement and retention.

3. Hands-on Skill Assessment:
   - Provide hands-on training for various offshore activities, ensuring trainees can apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.
   - Evaluate the skill levels of trainees through assessments, simulations, and exercises to ensure competency in key tasks.

4. Ensure Compliance:
   - Ensure that all training programs meet the guidelines and regulations set by authorities like the DG Shipping and industry bodies.
   - Regularly update training modules to reflect the latest safety regulations, industry best practices, and technological advancements.

5. Monitor and Report:
   - Track trainee performance and progress, providing feedback to both trainees and management.
   - Prepare and submit reports on training outcomes, trainee evaluations, and improvement areas.

6. Promote a Safety Culture:
   - Encourage a safety-first mindset among trainees, reinforcing the importance of safe practices in all offshore operations.
   - Serve as a role model for safe behavior and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a safety trainer or skill trainer in the offshore or maritime industry.
- Certification in relevant offshore safety training, such as OPITO, BOSIET, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in offshore operations, including knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs to diverse groups of trainees.

Preferred:
- Experience working on offshore platforms, rigs, or vessels.
- Prior teaching or instructional experience in technical skills or safety training.
