Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive rope access training to students, ensuring adherence to IRATA guidelines and safety standards.
- Conduct practical and theoretical sessions, including hands-on exercises and safety drills.
- Supervise and assess trainees' performance to ensure they meet IRATA Level 3 certification standards.
- Provide guidance on best practices for rope access techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Maintain training equipment and ensure all tools and materials are up to date and in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with both Elite Offshore and IRATA's safety policies and standards.
- Assist in the development of training programs and updates in line with industry advancements.
