Elite Offshore Pvt Ltd. is inviting applications for an experienced Trainer to deliver specialized courses in Aerial Bundle Extractor Operation. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to train professionals in offshore and refinery safety operations.

Key Responsibilities

·         Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for Aerial Bundle Extractor Operators.

·         Ensure training delivery aligns with international safety standards (OSHA/API).

·         Travel to client sites ( International locations and within India) for training assignments.

·         Evaluate trainee performance and issue certifications.

·         Collaborate with the training team to maintain OPITO-compliant standards.

Trainer Competency Checklist

The trainer must be able to demonstrate and teach:

1.     Checking engine oil and hydraulic oil levels.

2.     Applying lubricants to girders and gear racks for trolley movement.

3.     Operating the diesel engine and verifying hydraulic functions using remote control:

·         Dead man’s button

·         Forward/backward trolley movement

·         Balance cylinder movement

·         Sling cylinder extension/retraction

·         Lift plate up/down movement

·         Leak checks in cylinders, hoses, fittings

·         Emergency stop function

4.     Positioning V-block trolleys correctly.

5.     Inspecting hoist block reeving and crane capacity relative to ballast.

Requirements

·         Prior experience as a trainer in mechanical/offshore safety or refinery operations.

·         Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, confined space safety, and permit-to-work systems.

·         Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments.

·         Excellent communication and instructional skills.
